| Finally, my day is basically over and I can relax for the evening. It was a long day but it was still nice. I had Wind Ensemble rehearsal today and that went really well. Rhapsody in Blue is sounding really good so we are all excited to be playing it. I should explain the title of this blog so there aren't too many questions asked. I got a radio bra at work the other day to carry my radio in when I am working and on fires so I can have it nearby. Well, the things belonged to my old crew boss and it was nasty when I got it. I don't think that Mike washed his sweat or the dirt out of it once so I took it upon myslef to do that today. Needless to say, it still smells like burning pine but it is at least a little brighter in color. And in time I would suppose that it start to stink like me. Time to head for the sack. Talk to y'all later. GOODNIGHT!!!!

| Once again, it has been a very long time since I have updated here. Everytime that I think about getting rid of my xanga though, someone convinces me to keep it. I just need to be more on the ball about writing in it. Well, I hope that everyone has a pleasant weekend. I worked my ass off
and said goodbye to the last of my crew that will be leaving me for the
summer. Jake and Mike are off to Pleasant Valley IHC, Josh is heading
back to Globe IHC, and Annette is taking a Rec. job at Lake Roosevelt
for the summer. That leaves Matt, who will be out in Reddington Pass
most of the time, Bruschi, and myself. Bruschi and I still have work to
do though so we won't be sitting with idle hands. My department
manager got me good on April Fools. He said that there was a complaint
about me saying something bad to a person in Reddington Pass when I was
out there working. I was sweating bullets all the way to the Ranger's
office. When I couldn't find the Ranger, my manager starting laughing
and smacking his desk. Bob, you're a twisted man. I WILL HAVE MY
REVENGE! On Sunday, Jenn and I went up and played in the snow. It
was a lot of fun and I had told her months ago that if it snowed, I
would take her to see it. There is still a good amount up there. Having
been up there when the last snowstorm actually hit, I can see the
difference in how much snow there really is. A majority of it though is
still in the places where the trees provide a lot of shade. We found a
little kiddy pool and went sliding in it. Got our butts soaked from
doing that. Well, now it's time to run off to class for the day. Have a good week everybody.

| It's been a while since I have said anything. I don't know that
there is all that much to catch you all up on though. I am 20 now,
birthday was Dec. 3rd. I don't really feel 20, nothing special comes
with it I suppose. Went out to see Gary Allan the night before with
Jenn and Sasha. We had a great time.
Work has been going well. I got to be Smokey Bear a few weeks
ago up at the Oracle Fire Dept. My parents came up to see and get a
good laugh out of it. Other then that, not much going on at work. We
have been rebuilding the Bug Springs Trail, inch by inch. We're digging
all new tread and that is rough on the body somedays.
School ended well this semester. I got 4 A's and a C. The C was
in Natural History. Damn that class got tough towards the end but I
stuck it out. I think that we finished with only about 14 people and we
started with twice that many. Only 6 of us were male too.
I think that I have just caught everyone up on what has been
happening in my neck of the woods. Nothing really special planned for
the holidays. Might go spend a week in Sierra Vista or Yuma and work on
an Engine Crew. Still haven't gotten the official nod on that though.
Hope all is well with everyone and y'all have a great holiday season.

| I'm back to decent health and almost as good as ever. I went
back to work today and loved every minute of it. I should be back to
true form before long.
Spent the day rebuilding the Sabino Historic Trail. The trail
was originally built in the 40's by the CCC (Civilian Conservation
Corps). The CCC was good at everything they did be it fires, trails,
forest conservation, etc.
I'll be at work again tomorrow but this time I will be working
on Mt. Lemmon, probably in the Mt. Bigalow area. I think that I will
even get saw time so that will kick ass.
I could've sworn that I had more to write but now it doesn't
appear so. I will talk to everyone later. Be safe and have a great
weekend.

| Day three of meds, day four of pneumonia and I must say that everyday seems to be much like the last.
I should be in Las Vegas right now at the MGM Grand Garden Arena
for the Jimmy Buffett Concert but alas, I have decided to follow my
doctors orders and not travel. It's not too often that I follow a
doctor's orders and some of you know that.
Wow, I suddenly noticed that my vision is a bit blurry. I wonder
if my glasses are dirty or my meds are doing that to me. Hmmm, glasses
were a bit smudgy and after cleaning them, there is some improvement.
I've tuned in to Radio Margaritaville so I might hear the
concert. It's about forty-five minutes out. This really blows. I wanted
to be there so bad. GRRRRR!!!! I'm gonna kick the ass of whomever made
me sick, if I find out who they are.
